#### A start‑up support community that blends **peer connection & networking** with **structured professional mentoring** and practical learning. Optional 1‑to‑1s available — with flexible extensions for participants who need more time or support.

## Structured, professional mentoring

Participants are guided by **experienced business mentors** (with lived micro-business experience) through:

- Asynchronous **text-based mentor support** via a secure online community
- Weekly **bite-size tasks**, templates and milestone tracking
- Light-touch **goal-setting and accountability**
- Optional **1-to-1 coaching** for deeper clarity and confidence

- Tailored 1-to-1 support for confidence, pricing, branding, socials, stalls/fairs
- Personalised actions and light-touch progress notes for coordinators

## Tailored Extras

We recognise some participants need **more time or higher-touch guidance** due to ND, mental health, trauma recovery, caring responsibilities or low confidence. We can offer additional support to meet diverse needs such as:

- **Increase mentoring intensity** (e.g., 2+ hours 1-to-1 per month)
- Create **small supported learning pods** blending peer + mentor time
