The Business Activation Sprint is a focused eight-week mentoring programme for people who have started developing or running a business but feel stuck, overwhelmed or unsure where to focus next.

Rather than adding more ideas to your list, we’ll help you examine what is working, test the assumptions behind your business and concentrate your time and money on the actions most likely to move it forward.

Your Activation Sprint includes:

  • Four 45-minute one-to-one mentoring sessions delivered over eight weeks, normally with one session every fortnight.
  • A focused business diagnostic to understand where you are now, what you are working towards and what may be preventing progress.
  • Support to test your business model and assumptions, helping you make informed decisions before investing more time or money.
  • Clear priorities and practical actions agreed during each session so you always know what to focus on next.
  • A concise written action summary after each session to help you stay focused and keep track of your progress.
  • Relevant Business Unboxed tools and templates selected according to the needs of your business.
  • Light-touch email accountability between sessions for brief progress updates and questions.
  • A practical 90-day action plan created during your final session to help you maintain momentum after the Sprint.

The Business Activation Sprint is ideal if you already have an idea, offer, product or early-stage business but need an experienced outside perspective to help you work out what is viable, what needs to change and what to do next.

You won’t receive a generic formula or be pushed to grow at all costs. We’ll give you honest, constructive and practical support—helping you test, prioritise and build your business on stronger foundations.

The Sprint is booked as one complete four-session programme. Choosing to pay by instalments spreads the cost but does not convert the package into a pay-as-you-go arrangement.
